I’ve been processing some uncomfortable feelings towards a new friend. Angered by their inability to shoot straight and hold themselves accountable.
As I sorted through this mess of emotions I came upon a realization.
It’s okay to be mad. It’s okay to feel hurt.
What is integral however is learning not to suppress these feelings.
Having the courage to address our fears goes a long way to dispelling the bad juju boiling inside.
It also helps you move forward without leaving a landslide in your wake.
